Kia already has a small electric car, EV ray, which is only sold in South Korea. But, it looks like ray EV deemed not suitable for the global market.
South Korean manufacturer is currently preparing a model of electric-powered crossover, Soul EV. This car was used as a substitute for EV ray will be available in 2014.
