Cost limitations cannot preclude a man in China to have a car. By using a scooter which is actually a two-wheeler, he make it into a vehicle that might be called "cars".
A man caught on camera riding a scooter is modified like a car on the streets of Shantou city, Guangdong province, China.
The man uses two units are used as a scooter. In order to strengthen it, he use a steel sub-frame to support both the scooter. In between the scooter, made a seat intended for the rider.
